Need to have a moment to get over the hump day blues? Well, come join our faculty and staff-led walking groups on Wednesdays at 3:00 pm.

This Wednesday, Dr. Jennifer Hitt (Associate Professor & Director of Nursing) will lead us on our walk!
All groups will meet at the CBU Gazebo to walk around campus to decompress and de-stress for 30 minutes. No sign-up necessary and water will be on hand. Make sure you bring a friend or three.
