Application Process

Applying for Study Abroad

All candidates must successfully complete each item of this checklist and submit it to the Office of International Initiatives for approval.

• CBU Study Abroad Application  
• ​​CBU Travel Waiver
• ​​CBU Risk and Release  
• ​​CBU Health and Safety Form 
•  Off-Campus Course Request
• Photo Use Consent Form  
• ​​Transfer Credit Form (if applicable)  
• Academic Transcript  
• Copy of the information page of your passport which is valid for six months beyond the date of travel.  
• ​​Non-refundable deposit of $300 to the Business Office. Make sure this payment is marked “Study Abroad”. Make two copies of your receipt. One should be submitted to the Office of International Initiatives, and the other should be kept for your records.
