Fall Concert Series: Savannah Brister
Savannah Brister, a Memphis native, recently was a contestant on Season 16 of NBC’s The Voice and scored a spot on John Legend’s team. Savannah’s pure and soulful vocals are a hybrid of professional instruction and the wide range of music genres she loves including soul, R&B, and jazz. The influence of these musical genres is responsible for cultivating her unique sound. Since her debut on NBC, Savannah has been gigging throughout the US — including Lincoln Center — and Europe. Her third single, “Dear World,” dropped in April to great reviews.
Determined to make her dreams in the music industry come true, this unusually driven 18-year-old continues to challenge herself as a songwriter and artist as she quickly makes a name for herself.
A CBU ID is required, and picnic blankets and folding chairs are encouraged! Social distancing and mask wearing will be strictly enforced.
