Christian Brothers University (CBU) students recently wrapped up the seventh year of the ENVISION Leadership Program by presenting innovative ideas designed to strengthen campus life and student success during the program’s Closing Presentations event.

ENVISION is a leadership development program for freshmen and sophomores at CBU. Students work in small teams to research and address campus issues identified by University administration, developing practical leadership skills through collaboration and experiential learning.

Participants explored concepts during weekly sessions, researching past efforts, gathering feedback from campus professionals, and developing proposals for meaningful change at CBU.

This year’s student presentations included proposals to boost student organization engagement, improve campus gathering spaces, address immigration-related challenges to student success, and expand intramural opportunities to support student wellness and connection.

The closing presentations showcased the students’ actionable solutions, establishing a roadmap for ongoing progress at CBU.

Christian Brothers University thanks the First Horizon Foundation for supporting the ENVISION Leadership Program as this year’s sponsor.
