Capstone Apartments offer CBU students great amenities with all the convenience of living just steps away from class.

CBU Capstone Exterior

The Capstone Apartments include Pender Hall, O’Hara Hall and 170 Oakdale. These buildings offer four separate, single rooms with a bathroom shared between just two residents. A fully accessorized kitchen opens into a spacious living room which extends to an outdoor balcony.

Residence Rooms

Each apartment contains:

  • Washer/dryer, refrigeration/icemaker, full size range, microwave, dishwasher, closets with mirrored doors, and full telephone/cable access in each bedroom.
  • For security, each unit also contains a built-in security system, dead bolt locks, fire extinguisher, and privacy viewer in the front door.
