Housing Move-In

All housing assignments for the fall and spring semesters are located in your BannerWeb account.

To access this information, please review the following steps:

1. After entering your user ID and password, please click “Student Services.”
2. Then click “Student Housing.”
3. You will see a link to “View Housing Assignment” followed by a drop-down menu with “Fall 2026” as an option. Select that option.

Move-in for all first-time residents will begin on Thursday, August 21, at 9:00 am.

Please note that it will be crucial for students to adhere to their assigned times. Unfortunately, early move-in requests will not be permitted at this time unless previously arranged.

Please review your housing assignment in its entirety as you have been provided with several pieces of information, including health form requirements, move-in dates and procedures, and the dates of residence hall closures. Please monitor your CBU e-mail closely in the coming days, as important details may be shared by the Residence Life team and other University offices.

To participate in housing check-in, your account with the Business Office must be settled and your vaccinations up-to-date.
