Graduate Information Form

Complete the following form only if you wish to walk in the May 2026 commencement.

Regalia orders close at 11:59 pm on Friday, March 27, 2026. Any regalia order received after March 27 will receive a $30 late fee. 

Graduates order their keepsake regalia online for the annual commencement ceremony via the Graduate Information Form. Each regalia order includes a one-size-fits-all cap with a tassel and a black robe. Master’s candidates also receive a degree-designated color hood.

After completing the Graduate Information Form, the individual will need to provide a credit card to confirm the purchase. The student will be charged $25.00 to purchase regalia.

Orders will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026.  Students ordering regalia after the deadline will be assessed a $30.00 late fee.

Regalia will be available for pick-up at CBU on Thursday, April 30, 2026. More details will be provided closer to the event.

Why do we ask if anyone in your family is a CBU alum? Graduates, with members of their families who are CBU alumni, will be recognized briefly during the commencement ceremony and in the commemorative program. To have your name included, please complete the form by  Friday, March 27, 2026..
