Student Health & Counseling Services
Christian Brothers partners with Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, a widely recognized provider, to offer quality and physical and mental health resources to our students.
All currently students enrolled at CBU have access to licensed health providers. Confidential, professional services include medical consultation and education, personal counseling, crisis counseling/ intervention, personal development seminars, and referrals.

The Wellness Center is in Pender Hall, Suite 101 and available by calling (901) 676-1351. During the fall and spring semesters, providers will be available at the following times.

Students, in crisis after-hours and on weekends, including thoughts of suicide and/or self-harm, and the risk seems imminent:
- Call CBU Police and Safety Office at (901) 321-3550 or,
- Call 911 or,
- Go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Students who are experiencing a mental health crisis during business hours, and the risk does not seem imminent, should contact the Wellness Center at (901) 676-1351, or schedule an online appointment immediately.

- First, Click on “Employer Health”
- Then, Click on “Established Patient- Emp Health”
- Then, “Christian Brothers University”
- Enter CBU when prompted for the code.
- Indicate Health Services or Counseling appointment.
- Complete the prompts to register for the appointment.
