The Registrar’s Office oversees and manages academic records, calendars, class schedules, final exam schedules and transcripts. We strive to provide you with exceptional and efficient customer service and are committed to operating with integrity in the maintenance of academic records.
Academic Course Schedule
The Registrar’s Office builds and maintains the academic course schedule for each semester. In addition to the traditional face-to-face course format, some CBU courses are offered in an online or hybrid format. Students should review their course schedules carefully and are encouraged to reach out to our Student Success team at studentsuccess@cbu.edu with any questions about their course schedules.

Transcripts
Christian Brothers University has appointed Parchment as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of CBU. Official printed transcripts are still available for ordering as well. The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process.

CBU alumni and continuing students will most often use the official transcript as the primary document for degree verification. However, the services of the National Student Clearinghouse are also available to alumni and students.
