The Christian Brothers University Writing and Communications Corner strives to uplift individuals at every level of their communicative understanding by developing their own voices in the manner that best suits them for achievement. As such, statements of disparaging, or otherwise deemed uncomfortable and targeted language regarding race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and political or personal preferences, can be examined critically but will not be tolerated beyond the scope of academic inquiry. Each consultant reserves the right to refuse to discuss sensitive or offensive matters and refer students to the proper spaces or resources.
