Changing Your Password

To change or reset your Active Directory (email) password, you must first log in to BannerWeb.
BannerWeb- After login, click the Personal Information link.
- Click the View or Change Your Active Directory/Email Information link.
- The screen will show your assigned CBU email address and your Active Directory username. Make note of this information.
- Enter your CBU Student ID number.
- Enter a New Password. The new Password must contain characters from each of the following categories:
- Uppercase characters A-Z
- Lowercase characters a-z
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphanumeric characters: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ – + = ` | ( ) { } [ ] : ; < > , . ? /
- The length must be between 8 and 15 characters long
- Click the Submit button.
