Official Notice: Health Form and Immunization Requirements for CBU Students

As a full-time student at Christian Brothers University, individuals are required to have a completed health form and required to abide by CBU’s Health Policies. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the cancellation of your class registrations. Your place in your classes may be jeopardized if documentation is not received prior to the deadlines prescribed.

Immunization Requirements and Deadlines are available at this link. Those who cannot prove immunizations will need to be re-immunized. Medical and religious exemptions are allowed by law, and such requests must be made in writing and addressed to CBU Health Services, Office of Student Flourishing.
