To change or reset your Active Directory (email) password, you must first log in to BannerWeb.

  1. After login, click the Personal Information link.
  2. Click the View or Change Your Active Directory/Email Information link.
  3. The screen will show your assigned CBU email address and your Active Directory username. Make note of this information.
  4. Enter your CBU Student ID number.
  5. Enter a New Password. The new Password must contain characters from each of the following categories:
  6. Uppercase characters A-Z
  7. Lowercase characters a-z
  8. Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  9. Non-alphanumeric characters: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ – + = ` | ( ) { } [ ] : ; < > , . ? /
  10. The length must be between 8 and 15 characters long
  11. Click the Submit button.
