Join us for the 19th annual Last Lecture, featuring Dr. Jennifer Weske, Chair and Director of the master of Accountancy Program! The Last Lecture invites Christian Brothers University faculty to reflect deeply on what matters to them and to share their reflections with the broader CBU community. With an extensive background in public accounting, Dr. Weske specializes in audit, compliance, financial controls, IT controls, and fraud examination. She has been part of the CBU faculty for over 16 years, teaching financial accounting and ethics, and emphasizing the importance of critical thinking, professional judgment, and creativity in the discipline of accounting. Dr. Weske holds a PhD in Advanced Accounting, a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science. She was named as one of the Forbes 2025 Top Accountants in the Nation, as well as honored with the 2024 Women Who Lead in Accounting award by the Memphis Business Journal.
